Are your products organic?
We strive to find high-quality organic natural ingredients to formulate our products. Detailed descriptions can be found in each products description on the shop page.
Do your products contain preservatives?
Most ingredients are self-preserving and enhanced with tocopherol to prolong the shelf life. We may also a use clean, safe broad spectrum preservatives to prevent microbial growth in your products. In most cases as long as you store your KYALLI products in a cool dry place, most products have a shelf life of 12 -24 months. Full information can be found on each product page in the shop.
Are your products suitable for all skin types?
Yes. Sensitive, Normal, Oily, Combination and Dry skin. For very sensitive skin, we recommend you read the detailed product information to understand allergens or other products that may cause irritation to your skin. Our founder, staff and scientists strive to formulate safer and softer products for hyper sensitive skin.
Are your products suitable for all skin tones?
Yes. Our products are intentionally formulated to cater to wide range of women from ethnic backgrounds. We understand that the earth produces natural ingredients that cater better to each geography, therefore we consciously source ingredients from all continents to enable the effectiveness of our formulas for everyone.
Are there variations between products?
Sometimes you may notice minor changes to products between batches. These are caused by seasonal fluctuations in our raw ingredients. Please see these variations as a positive sign of our commitment to using natural ingredients.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Essential oils are pure and made up of a number of components, while sensitivities or mild reactions to ingredients are rare, they can occur. Often people are unaware of the exact ingredient which can cause their skin to be sensitive, therefore the source of the irritation can be difficult to determine. Your skin is more sensitive during hormonal fluctuations, pregnancy, menopause, seasonal variation and while taking medication. We recommend patch-testing all products on your skin?

Do you test on animals?
No. We are absolute animal lovers and are 100% cruelty free. All our products are dermatologically tested: skin compatibility testing is done under dermatological control.
Composition: Each of our products has a list of ingredients. You can consult the label for each product.
Care recommendations: Store in a cool place and do not expose directly to sunlight.

After completing your purchase we will send you a confirmation email with all the details. Please remember that it will not be possible to cancel or amend your order if it is already in an advanced stage of preparation.

Where is my order?
All orders will be processed and shipped within 2 - 3 business days, unless otherwise noted in the description of the product. You will receive an email from us as soon as your order has shipped with your tracking details.
Your purchase will be charged as you complete the transaction. Some banks may show both a pre-authorisation and the actual subsequent charge. This amount will be automatically released. If this does not happen, we recommend that you contact your bank to expedite the release of the pre-authorisation.
