RETURNS POLICY
Sale of Goods
We hope that you love and are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us within 14 days of your receipt provided they are in their original, unopened, unused and undamaged condition. We will consider the condition of the goods being returned when making a refund.
Sending a Return
Should you wish to cancel your order or return goods that may have arrived damaged, or you are not satisfied with the products, please notify us within 14 working days (beginning with the day following the day of delivery to you).
Exceptional Circumstances and Damaged Goods
We take full responsibility for damaged/defective products. If you receive damaged or defective goods, please contact us immediately at within 24 hours of receipt so we are able to resolve the issue. We require photographic proof within 24 hours of delivery to process your request. Once your request has been approved, we will replace the damaged goods excluding the cost of postage. This evidence must clearly show the goods were damaged on receipt. Suitable evidence will include images of spillage within original packaging and/or broken packaging. Acceptance or rejection of this evidence is at the discretion of the KYALLI support team.
In a situation of accepted damages, a replacement of the damaged good will be posted to the same delivery address at no extra cost, otherwise you will be notified of an unsuccessful claim.
Lost or Missing Goods
On successful completion of an order a confirmation email will be issued to the email provided with a tracking number for the order. This is to enable you track progress of shipment. If you have not received your order within the stated time frame according to your purchase, contact our third party delivery partner as a first point of call to locate your parcel, and inform us by emailing info@kyalliskin.com.
